MOORHEAD, Kathleen Anne:
On May 8, 2016, peacefully at Addington Lifestyle Care, aged 82 years. Dearly loved daughter of the late David Samuel Moorhead and the late Bertha Adele Blyth; and loved by her extended family and friends. Messages may be addressed c/- PO Box 5496, Papanui, Christchurch 8542. In
accordance with Kathleen's
wishes, a private
cremation has taken place.
