Peacefully, at Burwood Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on April 8, 2026. Dearly loved wife of the late Chris. Much-loved mother and mother-in-law of Miranda and Tony, and Christopher and Vicki. Loved Nanny of Henry and Claudia, and Noah. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Patsy, Francie, and Margaret, and John and Rose; and a much-loved aunt of Teresa and all her nieces and nephews from the United Kingdom. The family wish to warmly acknowledge the kind care given to Kathleen by the doctors, nurses, and the "Tea and Lunch Ladies" at Ward B1, Burwood Hospital, and Christchurch Hospital. A Funeral Service for Kathleen will be held at Academy Funeral Services Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, on Saturday, April 18, at 9.30am, followed by interment at Avonhead Memorial Cemetery.
