Well Daff I will miss you and your quick wit. My Memories may fade with age, but I will remember all the times we would joke and chat whilst either in the Mess playing Darts, or sitting outside the building smoking and talking about the past, and comrades that had gone before you. RIP my friend, you will be missed. My condolences to Char and the rest of the family - God Bless.

Oh where to start I am saddened to have found out that you passed away. I spoke to Daff last year when his best mate Nephi passed away he said to me I wanted to be there but can´t, but I will have a beer for Nephi. So now you can drink all u like without getting in trouble with the wife lol.
You and Nephi had a lot of good times at work and on the piss. There will be enough words to say how much will be missed. Having lost Nephi last year was the saddest day for our whanau. So Daff and Nephi will be in good company. Rest easy.
Aroha to your Whanau.

We always had a blast, both at work and at our flat when we all flatted together, I always smile when I think of the time you had a birthday at our flat in Riccarton, we didn't know what to do so we brought a crate of beer each, sat out on the front lawn, started a nice fire and partied all night, amazingly complete strangers turned up and celebrated with us...many good times had, rest easy brother.
