Died on July 30, 2021, in Adelaide. Dearly loved by his six children Kim, Kirsten, Andrew, Coree, Lailani, Zed and their families, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his partner Rosey - all living in Adelaide. Son of Dr Ronald and Ferne Every (deceased) of Christchurch and brother of Faye, Dale (deceased) and Sigrid also of Christchurch.
