I had the pleasure of working with Karen in the BNZ many years ago. We were more than workmates we were friends. While I hadn´t seen her for many years my overwhelming memories of her are her kindness, her quiet determination, her loyalty to her friends and family, along with an amazing work ethic but most of all her caring and nurturing nature. She touched my life in a very special way and I will remember her always. Rest in peace Karen, you were much loved.
