On August 1, 2015. Most beautiful, loveliest and treasured daughter of Vanessa and Gary, Step-daughter to Gerry. Loved and adored sister of Jayden, Sinead and Jacob, most special aunty to Tamati. Loved niece of Paul and Sara (Australia), Catriona and a special cousin to Noah, Josh, Blake and Liam. A special Grand-daughter of Helen and Paddy Collins and Bev and Colin (deceased) Ford. We love you so much and hope you have found the peace you desperately needed. Messages c/- the Ford family to PO Box 35046, Christchurch. A Funeral Mass for Katie will be celebrated at St Patricks Catholic Church, 61 Fuller Street, Kaiapoi on Thursday, August 6, at 11.00am thereafter a private cremation.
