Finally free from her earthly body. Loving devoted wife of the late Norman, they were such a team together, a beautiful mix of humility and service to family and community. June was a loving and generous mother to Grant, Russell, David and John. A cherished grandmother to Jason, Jodi and Marisha, and great-grandmother to Dacy, Jules, Kai and Lea. Proud of her extended family circle Stu, Jan, Jorg, Nick and Kozue, and sister to Joy, Fay and Clare. A kind friend and neighbour. We are grateful for all the love and care given to mum from the staff at Archer Care over the past 4 years.

The family invite you to join them in saying goodbye to June on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 11.30am at the Beckenham Methodist Church, 83 Malcolm Ave, Christchurch, thereafter a private cremation.

As a cousin, I have fond memories of June when her family lived along the road in Eastern Tce and also when they lived in Birdwood Avenue. When visiting from Australia, we would regularly call and see both June and Norm in St. Martins.
