Bruce STEEL Obituary

On November 16, 2025, died peacefully, aged 102 years. Loved husband of the late Ruth Aylmer Steel (nee Brodrick), loved father and father-in-law of Jeremy and Charlotte, and Felicity and Bruce, loved grandfather of William, Frances, Harriet, Sam, Olivia, and Mary. A private service has been held.

To the family of Bruce, sending our thoughts and love to you all. Bruce and Ruth were very dear friends of my late parents, Elise and John Allison. They came to our wedding in 1993 and their friendship extends welll before and after then. I shall remember Bruce as a very distinguished caring gentleman. What an incredible age to reach. May he rest in peace, reunited with Ruth and many friends. Love and regards Jennie Allison- Ambrosius of Christchurch
