Julie ROBINSON Obituary

On November 30, 2025, peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice, surrounded by her loving family, aged 82 years. Dearly loved wife of Phillip (Rex), much loved mother and mother-in-law of Greg and Angela, and Tina and Rob. Loved nana of Hannah and Toby, Shannon, Rachel, Abbey, and Nathaniel, and a loved great-grandmother of Monty and Rosie. Heartfelt thanks to Nurse Maude Hospice and Tend Health Waltham, for their care and support. Messages may be addressed to The Family of Julie Robinson, c/- 58 Coleridge Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023. Please bring a small flower to be placed with Julie. A Celebration of Julie's life will be held at the Opawa Community Church, 158 Opawa Road, on Friday, December 12, at 1.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.

My deepest sympathy to Rex and the family. I am so sorry not to be at the funeral. Dearest Julie has been my friend for over thirty years. The sadness of her parting is mixed with the joy of the hope and promise of God's glory welcoming her home. Shalom my friend.

I will miss seeing Julie with Rex at our fortnightly CAMEO meetings. Julie was always such a welcoming and friendly person who bravely endured her illness without complaint. I enjoyed sharing a table and laugh with her, talks about the animals in our lives and I hope to meet her family at the funeral.
