Julie, how lucky I was to have you orientate me on 2A all those years ago. A beyond amazing Nurse, ferocious mumma bear and a caring friend. I remember our conversations fondly. I remember your stories from your youth and I remember all the advice you gave me when going through my own struggles. Your legacy carries on in your sons - who must know that you positively adored them. Rest easy Julie - we will see each other again xx

Rest In Peace my friend. It was an honour to work with you. At first I thought you were scary but I realised you were a big softie, always caring for others with genuine interest in me and my life. I will miss our talks on the phone. You were such an amazing person and a fighter. You deserve to rest now.
To Soren and Klaus your mum was so proud of you and loved you so much. Know that I will never forget her!

Dear Julie it was a pleasure to work with you during all these years. I enjoyed you joyous laughter and interaction with the patients at princess margaret and Burwood. You are at peace with god now and with your precious husband I admired you strength through your time of illness. You will never be forgotten.

Thank you for your support and friendship as I navigated my way on 2a and DG. Even when you were so unwell yourself you always thought about others always asking about my girls with genuine interest. I will cherish my recent visit to you with Steph.
To your two boys, please know how proud your mother was of you both.

Wonderful memories of a very special colleague and friend. Your indomitable spirit was always inspiring. A big marshmallow under that strong exterior. And a wonderful nurse to all her patients. Go in peace and love my friend.

I was so touched to have a phone call from you recently, Julie. We talked about our time together, when we worked at the hospital. We talked about our families and you told me about how proud you were of your boys and how much you were missing Brent. I realise now, it was your Goodbye.
I will never forget you, Julie.
To Julie's family; take care of one another and love those boys. I'm thinking of you all.
