Julian YATES Obituary
Aged 52. On Friday, October 23, 2020, tragically taken in an accident. Much loved son of Noortje Bruins, Andrew Carrington Yates (deceased) and step-mother Cheryl Yates, beloved partner of Belinda Jeursen, much loved eldest brother of Rupert, Bethan and Benjamin, adored father of Saskia and Rhodry, uncle of Nikau, Lucia and Fletcher, dearly loved step-father of Delphine and Ophelia.
He touched the souls
of many.

Noortje - we wonder why some things happen. There seems to be no logic or fairness.
But I guess it gives us the time to reflect on the contribution that Julian has made to his family and those he worked and shared his life with. Those memories are there forever - nothing can take them away.
Methven and Yates come to mind at times and I smile. I know Joyce (deceased) would be saddened by what happened.

Julian, thank you for the compassion and laughter that you brought to the world, and for that smile you so freely shared! The love you gave to Nikau will always be in his heart and cherished deeply forever. With much gratitude; thank you! To all of his family, I'm so sorry for your loss.
