Jules LIEVRE Obituary

LE LIEVRE, Jules Matthew:
On January 17, 2016, at Christchurch, aged 82 years. Dearly loved husband of Di, and the late Audrey, loved father of Julie, Melanie, Hugh, Paul, Denise, Sean, and Matthew, stepfather of Rob, Michael, and Jonathan, and a loved grandfather and great-grandfather. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimers Canterbury would be appreciated, and may be made at the service. The Funeral Service for Jules will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, This Day (Friday), at 2.00pm.

We lived next to the Le Lievre family for a number of years. Jules and Audrey were good friends and neighbours to our late parents, Moya and Jim de Lore. We kids were in and out of each other's houses all the time and I (and I am sure Karen, Greg and Catherine) have great memories of those days. Jules took us out to the farm sometimes, a big thing for city kids. He was a good adult in our lives, remembered fondly. Sending our condolences and sympathy to Jules' family.
