Judith PAY Obituary

On Wednesday, February 4, 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, aged 81 years. Loved partner of the late Ken Mulvey, Mum and mother-in-law of Brett (Gordy) and Steph, and Janine and Dave, loved Grandma of Ben, Rebecca and Simon, Hayes and Sharna, Riley and Matt, Great-Grandma of Harrison, Fletcher, Ava, and Colton. Loved sister and best friend of Marie. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Judith Pay, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated, and may be made online at cancer.org.nz. A service to celebrate Judith's life will be held at Oaklands, corner Halswell Junction and Wigram Roads, Halswell, Tomorrow (Saturday) February 7, at 2.30pm. With Judith's passing, we wish to pass on our deepest sympathy to all the family, our thoughts are with you at this sad time.

She was such a courageous lady, always full of energy and get up and go.

Judith worked relentlessly for hours and hours on our family history, piecing together and publishing a manuscript portraying an amazing account of our family history over the years.

Judith will be missed by many, she lead an amazing life.
