Judith HEWETT Obituary

On October 14, 2025, passed away peacefully at The Russley Village, Ashley Suites, aged 70 years. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Gordon, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Kate and Dean Eades, Chris and Amy, and Nick and Jenna, adored Nana of Liam, Makayla, Holly, Sam, Pippa, Stella, Jade, and Zack. Loved sister, sister-in-law, aunty, great-aunty and friend, who will be very dearly missed by all. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Ashley Suites for the care and support given to Judith and family over the last four years. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Judith Hewett, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A service to celebrate Judith's life will be held in St John the Evangelist Anglican Church, 26 Ward Road, Cheviot, on Tuesday, October 21, at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation. It was Judith's wish for those attending to wear bright colours.
