On January 19, 2022, suddenly at her home. Loved wife and best friend of John. Loved mum and mother-in-law of Shaun and Jacinda, Rebecca and Adam. Adored Nana of Lucy, Tom, and Indi. Daughter of Bill and Mona Fraser (both deceased), and sister of Will Fraser (deceased). In lieu of flowers, a donation to St John's, PO Box 554, Oamaru, would be appreciated or may be left at the service. Messages may be addressed to John Clements, 49a Arun Street, Oamaru 9400. A service for Judy will be held in the Orwell Street Chapel, 30 Orwell Street, Oamaru, on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 10.30am, followed by burial at the Haka Cemetery at 1.00pm. A vaccine passport will be required to attend the service.
