Juanita Margaret:
On August 4, 2022, aged 84 years. Loved wife of the late Ces, awesome Mum of Michelle, Monique and Ross, Bernadette (deceased), Christopher and Andrea, Michael and Jo. Loving Nana of Anthony (deceased), Danielle; James, Maria and Josh, Jamie, Anthony, Luca, and Diesel the dog.

A Service for Juanita will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Wednesday, August 10, at 10.00am, burial at Belfast Cemetery to follow.

It was a privilege to be counted as one of Juanita's extra children during my teenage years. I think I spent more time at the Edwards' house than my own during my last few years at high school. Juanita always made me feel welcome and part of the family. There were always homemade treats like ginger beer and beautiful preserved fruit and jam. A regular favourite snack of mine and Monique's was big chunky slabs of bread with cheese followed by a glass of ginger beer. Juanita was a terrific mum and I loved being part of their family. Lots of love sent to her children, their partners, grandchildren and other family members and friends.

Peacefully asleep on August 4, 2022, aged 84. Much loved daughter of the late Norman and Ursulla Thompson. Beloved sister of Lyane and Len, Brendan and Pam (deceased), and Phillip and Deb. Aunty to Maree and Mark, Katherine and David, and Vincent. Forever Cherished.
