Joyce FRANZMANN Obituary
On February 14, 2022, unexpectedly at home; aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Charlie, loved mother and mother-in-law of Cheryl and Glyn; Darryl and Alison, and a cherished nana of Stephanie and Winston; Nick and Brittany, James, George and Milli; William and Katherine, Emily and John, and great-nana of all her great-grandchildren. A loving sister and sister-in-law. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John would be appreciated and can be made at the service. Messages to the Franzmann family, c/o PO Box 111-01, Upper Riccarton, Christchurch 8443. A Celebration of Joyce's life will be held in the Academy Funeral Services Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, on Friday, February 18, at 2.00pm. Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions, numbers are limited to 100 and vaccine passes will be required for entry.

My sincere condolences to you all. I went to school with Darryl and years later often met Joyce at the bus-stop to ride in the bus to go to work (Midland bus was the preferred one at the time) and became friendly with her. She was a lovely lady.
