I am so incredibly sorry for the loss of your lovely son Joey, I was devastated when I heard the horrific news of his passing. The 5 years I spent at College and more specifically in Julius House with Joey were a time I look back upon enormously fondly. As our year group in Julius grew together from a `year group´ to a true `friend group´ who would have sensational fun in the weekends often at the expense of the Greening Parent´s who more often than not drew the short straw of hosting the Julius faithful. During these wonderful times Joey was the life of the party, consuming numerous drinks from his shoes, from my understanding his picked up his penchant for a "shoey" during his grass karting exploits and very much became "Julius Famous" for these antics. Joey was a legend at always keeping the music going as when it was time to turn the speakers off he would beautifully strum away at his guitar and play tunes which such grace, making it look so effortless when it truth the quality of his guitar playing was exceptional and incredibly difficult to perform.

Another note I would like to make about Joey´s music prowess was the true admiration I had for him when he got up in front of the entirety of College as a fresh faced Year 9 and sung his what went onto become famous his "Fall in Love". Whilst most Year 9´s were nervous enough to even speak to someone they didn´t know from prep school Joey was happy and brave enough to get up on stage and sing, captivating the entire audience with a huge smile on his face.

Since the College & Julius days came to a close I had had little to do with Joey but will always have enormously fond memories of my time at school and in `the house´ with him and absolutely remember him as one of life´s good guys who just liked seeing others smile.

With enormously fond regards and condolences,

Hamish Falls-Anderson.

Dear Joey
While it´s been a while since I last saw you I wanted to thank you. You would always keep in touch even when I was busy which was appreciated more than you knew. You were kind, a person I could talk to and some one who always made me laugh, especially with your impressions. You would always make sure people got home safe and wouldn´t think twice about helping me or going out last minute. We shared a lot of fun over the years and I wish I saw you more in the past year. Know that I will love, miss you and cherish the memories we made forever. Rest easy Youngy
