So sorry to hear of Joe's passing, he was a lovely genuine person.
There are so many good memories living next door to you in the 60's and 70's.

Joe was a fantastic person and had a very important part in setting me up for success, I have often wondered what would have happened if Joe had not been so kind and supportive, thankfully he was and I am eternally grateful, rest in peace Joe I will always remember the help you gave me.
