GUNTON, Johnny -On December 6, 2013, Johnny peacefully passed away at Christchurch Hospital surrounded by the loving staff of Sea Eagles. Loved son and stepson of the late Ethel and Desmond Laffety, loved son of the late William Gunton, loved brother of the late Joan Wylie, loved brother-in-law of Barry Wylie, and nephew of Richard and Christopher. Best mate of Bry Wynks and Martin Kerrigan, flatmate of Brian, Pat, Ian, David, and a loving friend of the staff at Sea Eagles, Wayne, Brian, John, Sue, Ari, Mandy, Donna, Kim, and Damian.
Sadly missed, will never be forgotten, always in our hearts for eternity.
A Service to Celebrate the life of Johnny will be held at the Parklands Baptist Church, Queenspark Drive, Parklands, on Wednesday, December 11, at 2.00 p.m., thereafter private cremation.
