On Friday, March 20, 2026, passed away suddenly at his home in Picton; aged 71. Much loved partner, father, brother, Grandad John, family member, and friend to many. Partner to Lynnie, father to Rowan, Mia, Chloe, Dale and Jesse, brother to David, Jeanette and Andrew. John, you always lit up a room, loved a good cup of coffee and a yarn. You´re still one of the best work colleagues I´ve had and it was a pleasure to work alongside you at the Ministry of Health. You will be sorely missed by your whanau and friends and my condolences to you all.
