John WHITFORD Obituary
1.12.1943 – 19.8.2025
John passed away suddenly and peacefully at Christchurch Hospital. He was a devoted husband and beloved by his wife Yolande (Yo). Loved father of Tanya (deceased) and Kerry Whitford. Loved and treasured by Carolynne, Wayne, Natasha and Alexandria Som, Kate and Daryl Morris, Amelia, Heremaia, Luka and Winter. Beloved friend to Pat Allison, Grant and Sue James. Loved by his sisters, brother and brother-in-law Dorothy and David Hastings, Les Coleman (Australia), Judith (Tuppy) Whitford, and his nieces and nephews. We would like to thank all our friends and the staff at Charles Upham village for their support, care and kindness.
There will be a celebration of John's life on Sunday, August 31, 2.00pm at Rossburn Receptions, Spark Lane (off Northbrook Road), Rangiora. Messages to; TH52/24 Charles Upham Drive, Rangiora 7400.
