John David Hosking:
Passed away peacefully at Lower Hutt Hospital, on Thursday, 13 April 2023, aged 91. Much loved husband of Nola (dec), and mother of Mark and Jimmi, Pete and Chris (dec), Kathy, Sue and Nigel. Loved grandfather of Tim and Will. The family would like to thank all of the staff at Bob Scott Retirement Village who cared for John. He sincerely appreciated your care and support and often told us how lucky he felt to be there. We would also like to thank the staff at Lower Hutt Hospital who cared for him during his last days. In lieu of flowers donations to The Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and may be done online at www.wfa.org.nz. John will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all of his family and friends. A service to celebrate the life of John will be held at the Whenua Tapu Crematorium Chapel, Airlie Rd, Porirua, on Wednesday 19 April 2023 at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation.
