Peacefully passed away in Christchurch with his family by his side after a long illness, on Friday, December 29, 2017. A loving and loved husband, father, father-in-law and grandad to Paula, Lee and Michele, Sommer, Harrison, Henry, and Lily. Cherished brother to Valerie, Peter and Michael. Beloved son and son-in-law of the late Cam and Doreen Steel, and Russell and Helen McCurrie. Messages to the family can be sent to C/- PO Box 39127, Christchurch, 8545.

A Memorial Service will be held at St Marks Chapel, 14 Henry Wigram Drive, Wigram Base, Christchurch on Friday, January 5 at 1.00pm.
