Warren (Jack) -
On February 7, 2013, peacefully at Diana Isaac Retirement Village; aged 78 years. Dearly loved and treasured husband of Marie. Much loved father and father-in-law of Mark and Carolyn, Joanne and Peter Ryder, and Jill Smolenski. Much loved Grandad of Kelly and Phil, Sam and Maree, Alex and Siobhan Fauth (step grandchildren), Larissa Mitchell, Grace, and Jack Ryder, Melissa, and Frazer Austin, and great-Grandad of Lachlan, and Jonty. Messages to The Smolenski Family, C/- PO Box 11101, Christchurch 8443. Donations to the Stroke Foundation would be appreciated and can be made at the Service. The family would like to acknowledge the love and care shown to Jack by all those who had cared for him so well. A Memorial Service for Jack will be held in the Members Stand, Addington Raceway, on Wednesday, February 13, at 3.00 p.m.
