On May 29, 2022, peacefully passed away at Ballarat Rest Home, Rangiora, aged 80 years. Dearly loved husband of Barbara (dec). Loved son of Len and Eileen Simpson (both dec), brother and brother-in-law of Bev and Ross (dec) Harvie, Len and Sue, Dorrie (dec) and Richard Newall, Garth, Gaylene and Brent Browne (both dec), and Lindsay (dec) Docherty. Brother-in-law of Russell (dec) and Karen Court, Diane and John Hirst. Dearly loved uncle and great-uncle. Special friend of Dave and Sandy Dempsy. A sincere and heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff at Ballarat, and Durham Health centre.
