Passed away in Te Nikau Grey Hospital, Greymouth, on April 2, 2023, aged 83. Dearly loved husband for 60 years of Sandra, much loved Dad and father-in-law of Grant and Miriam, and the late Scott, and Kent, loved grandad of Lee, and Chrissy, loved great-grandad of Cohen, and a loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Messages to the Richardson family, C/- Dixon House, 6 Brunner Street, Greymouth 7805. Flowers respectfully declined, donations to Dixon House Residents Comfort Fund would be appreciated and can be made at the church. A Service to celebrate John's life will be held in the Greymouth Uniting Church, Heaphy Street, on Thursday at 2.00pm, followed by cremation on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
