John PARKES Obituary

Passed suddenly, but very peacefully, at Christchurch Public Hospital, on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband for 60 years of Judy. Much loved Father of Nicola, Craig (dec), and Nigel and Fiona. Treasured and much loved Pops of Emma and Ben. Loved son of Ethel and Elgar Parkes (both deceased), and loved brother and brother-in-law of Judith and the late Barry, Gilliam (twin sister), Gerald and Carole, Dennis and Carol. Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A private cremation will take place, and a celebration of John's life will be held with family and friends at a later date. Thanks for the great care and support from all the staff at Ballarat Care Home, Rangiora. Messages to the family C/- PO Box 35, Rangiora 7440.
