Condolences from Margaret Cody (Stanbridge). Our families were friends in Christchurch NZ years ago. John senior and my father Fred worked together at McCrostie Real Estate. We went to Pat and John s wedding.
I live in Sydney, Australia and visit Waikanae regularly as my sister in law lives there. I would like to visit Pat next time I´m over if that is possible.

I met John when I was 8 years old at St Joseph´s Primary School in Nelson. We stayed friends through high school(Nelson College) and while at Canterbury University. He was a very special person with whom I had many adventures as a young adult in the mountains and beech forests of the South Island of NZ and Ilam Campus. I will miss his friendship, wisdom and uncomplicated view of life. You´re a good man. Go well John.
