Surrounded by family, at Ashburton Hospital, on Saturday, August 10, 2024, aged 69 years. Beloved Jo-Jo of his wife Elly. Loved dad of Rebecca Kingston, and Amber Smith and their husbands, and step-dad of Garth Dwyer, Kelly Dwyer, and Hayley Dwyer and their partners. Loved Grandad Johnnie of Mikayla, Jared, and Jordyn, and special Jo-Jo to Mini-Bo. Devoted son of Yvonne and the late Alan McCormick, and best friend of siblings Gary and Margaret, Colin and Rachel, Paul and Robyn, the late Glenda, and the late Robert. A service to celebrate Johnnie's life will be held at the Hotel Ashburton, 35 Racecourse Road, Ashburton, on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 commencing at 1.30pm, followed by interment at Ashburton Seafield Cemetery.
