John LYALL Obituary

Only just learnt of John's passing and very saddened to hear. I worked closely with John for a number of years at MAF and MPI and always enjoyed his perspective and banter. My condolences to the Lyall family.

Just heard of Johns passing. I had the honour to work with John off and on over many years in Police. A real gentleman and true professional.

I have only just heard of John's passing he was the consumate gentleman, work colleague and good friend. We worked together at the Police Communications Centre. You'll be sorely missed.

Very sad news and my condolences to the Lyall family on Johns sudden passing. I had the priviledge of engaging with John several times over many years. Always enjoyable and he added value wherever he was.

Although I have not seen John for many years I have good memories of times spent together with the Lyall family in North Otago when John was still at school and later when he joined the Police Force.
