LYALL, John Milton :
John passed away, aged 72, after a short and sudden illness on Tuesday, April 5. Much loved by his wife Jo, daughters Katie and Sarah, son-in-law Matt and his grandchildren Arlo, Jasper and Florence. Beloved brother to Bob, Trevor and Christine.
Our memories of our times together will be forever. Eternal peace and love be with you now. Rest easy.
A private family service has been held. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Only just learnt of John's passing and very saddened to hear. I worked closely with John for a number of years at MAF and MPI and always enjoyed his perspective and banter. My condolences to the Lyall family.

Although I have not seen John for many years I have good memories of times spent together with the Lyall family in North Otago when John was still at school and later when he joined the Police Force.
