KNAPMAN, John:
On July 17, 2016, after a
short illness, at Christchurch
Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, aged 75 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Linda, Andrew, Tracey and Eugene Long, and Brenda. Much loved and cherished grandad of Jamie, Zara, Tyrone, Alex, Jason, Hope, and Joshua, and loved great-grandfather of Rikki.

John will be resting at 4 Sewell Street, Linwood, from 4.00pm today for those who wish to pay their respects. A Service to celebrate John's life will be held in the Canterbury Crematorium Chapel, cnr Keighleys Road and 447 Linwood Avenue, on Friday, July 22, at 11.00am.

Thinking of you all at this very sad time. John was a great friend of the late Clive Baird, they rode motor bikes and both worked as laborers on the Tiwai Aluminium Smelter build in the early 1970s..... I was very sad to hear of John's passing. All my love, cousin Margaret
