Sad to hear the passing of Fraser it was only week before his 98 birthday that I last visited him.
I worked with Fraser in the Westland Catchment Board where we were both involved in River Engineering. We keep in touch over the years and Fraser always enjoyed a yarn on the phone.
A very talented man in his workshop. One of Fraser's favourite sayings that I recall was " You have got to keep your powder dry man". A great bloke and I will miss his phone calls.

Fraser was a truly lovely man.
A great West Coaster.
Fraser and Yvette were such a lovely couple, kind, caring, just the best.
My love and sympathy to Julie, Ian, Gay, Fiona and their families.
