So sad to here of Johns death have some memories growing up as neighbors the scariest one tying Mike to a tree and being to scared to let him go so running home and telling Molly and going into hiding for a couple of days

Very sad to hear the news. A lovely guy with a great sense of humour. Have very fond memories of our time when he was relieving on my section in Timaru. RIP John. Geoff McCambridge.

Hodgy, I can't believe you have gone. Another candle has been blown out. New Zealand/South Island Police Golf Championships won't be the same without you. My sincere and deepest sympathies to your family.
