GORDON, John Laurence - At home on Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Dearly loved husband of Anne, and beloved father and father-in-law of Susan and Cyril, Jane and Cesare, Mary-Anne and Robert, Louise and Kenneth, and Ruth and Thomas. Proud grandfather of Philippa, Thomas (deceased), Isobel and David Childs; Nicholas, Alexander and Eleonara Mignacca; Francesca, Hugh and Edward Miller; Orlando Webb and Laura, Charlotte and Robert Davis. Devoted eldest brother and brother-in-law of Sr Mary Gordon, Elaine and Frank O'Brien, Monica (deceased) and Bob Stevenson, and Gerard (deceased) and Eileen Gordon. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Teresa's Catholic Church, 301 Karori Road, Wellington, at 1.00pm on Friday, August 1, 2014, followed by interment at Karori Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited in St Teresa's this evening, 31 July, at 7.00pm. Requiescat in Pace.
