John FENN Obituary

Passed away peacefully after a short illness, at the Marlborough Hospice on Thursday, July 31, 2025, in his 90th Year. Loved and cherished Dad and father-in-law of Adele and Ian, Andy and Leanne, Sara and Terry, Liz and Doug, Mark and Fiona. Adored Grandad of Samuel, Kaitlyn, Jack, Harry, Rachel, Jacob, Taine, and Toby. Friend and companion of Honey, Foxy and his 9 barn cats. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Wairau Hospital and Marlborough Hospice for their care and support, a special mention to Lexie the Hospice cat for keeping a close eye on John's meowbeing. In lieu of flowers, donations to Marlborough Hospice, SPCA or Marlborough Four Paws would be greatly appreciated. A celebration of John's life will be held in the Sowmans Mayfield Chapel, Cnr of Hutcheson and Parker Sts, Wednesday, August 6 at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation.
