John Phillip (J.D):
Passed away very peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice, with his family by his side, on Wednesday, October 5, 2022; aged 74 years. Dearly loved husband of Anne. Much loved dad and father-in-law of Megan and Pete, Glenn and Claire, Marianne and Mike. Much loved grandad of Maddy, Caleb; Alex, Hannah, Josh, Charlotte; Zac, and Sam. Special thanks to the following doctors, John Hudson, Rob Allison, Sally Langley and her staff, Plastic Outpatients, District Nurses from Nurse Maude, North Avon Medical Centre, Oliver Setchell.
