Anne-Marie...it's your old Villa friend Trina. I have wonderful memories staying with your warm and generous parents in our school holidays serving ice creams and making milkshakes in the Dairy. Much love to you in this time of loss and many blessings to John on his journey . After 40 years living in Australia and beyond, I've retired back to the Westcoast, NZ. Love to have a reunion one day Xxx

John was a wonderful asset to the Akaroa community in so many ways but especially for the many hours he spent teaching the children - & adults - to swim. John & Mary were a wonderful couple, always smiling & ready to chat. My condolences to all the family. Mary Jane Price

remember john and mary very well when they had the little dairey in ricc road then they moved down to the new shop which is still going today very nice and liked people.

Passed away August 2, 2025, Sydney, Australia. Son of the late Patrick Francis and Nora Bridget Corboy. Brother of David (dec), Mary (dec), Peter, Paul (dec) and Gerard (Canada).
