John COOPER Obituary
On Tuesday, May 3, 2022, John was taken from us suddenly. Dearly loved husband of Sharee. Much loved father of Kerry, and Dominique. Loved son of George and Phyllis, and brother of Elizabeth. Father-in-law of Amy, Granddad of Lilly, Charlie, Teddy, Koen, and Habana. A loved Uncle, brother-in-law, son-in-law, and a friend and mentor to many. In lieu of flowers donations to Diabetes Christchurch Inc, would be appreciated and may be made online in memory of John www.diabeteschristchurch.co.nz Messages to the Cooper family may be sent C/- PO Box 111-01, Sockburn 8443. We will be celebrating John's life on Wednesday, May 11, at Larcomb Vineyard, 307 Larcombs Road, Rolleston, at 2.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.

Dear Sharee, Kerry, Dominique, Phyllis, George & Families.
Only heard recently of John's sudden passing.
Unfortunately I missed seeing the death notice in the Press paper.
I got to know you both and your wider family about 35 years ago in your involvement in MU and I know you both got much joy & companionship from your indoor bowls in which you were both very skilled and respected.
A terrible shock and I extend my sincere condolences to you all.

Deepest sympathy. Remember John at indoor bowls and later when he helped us with Abbeyfield Ellesmere. I really appreciated his dedication to his profession, and helpful suggestions.
