JOHN CHESMAR Obituary

CHESMAR, John Henry:
Di, Robyn and Todd, Blair, Sus and Paul, and families wish to express their sincere appreciation for the personal words of sympathy, the many cards and beautiful flowers received after the sudden loss of a fun loving husband, father and grandfather in late September. The visits from relatives, friends, neighbours and the generous gifts of food, koha and offers of help were overwhelming, as was the number of those who were able to attend John's farewell service. A special thank you to our MC, Chris Cogdale, members of the Masterton Cycling Club who formed a guard of honour and the Wellington Morris Minor Club who had several Morris Minors in attendance, including a family favourite, Daisy. John would have enjoyed the humour, been humbled by the guard of honour and enjoyed the presence of the Morris Minors. Grateful thanks to Gary and Adelaide of Gary Pickering Funerals Ltd for their endless help to ensure we gave John the farewell he so deserved. To each and every one of you, please accept this as
a personal acknowledgement.
