Passed away peacefully at Summerset in the Sun, Stoke. Loving husband of the late Rose, loved father and father-in-law of Lorraine and Bruce, Des and Margaret, Christine, Raewyn and Timothy, Cath, Margy and Aug. Much loved Grandad and Great-Grandad, loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Thank you to wonderful staff at Summerset in the Sun for their care and support. A private cremation has taken place and a memorial service for Alastair will be held at Shone and Shirley Chapel, 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson, on Friday, July 22, 2022, at 10.00am. For those unable to attend the service it will be livestreamed and available at shoneandshirley.com/tributes where you can also leave a message.
