Passed away with Moya present at Edith Cavell Lifecare, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, aged 94 years. A great family man. Truly loved husband to Moya, father and father-in-law to Mathew and Martha, Jeremy and Phoebe. Will be missed by family and friends. Messages to the Caird family, c/- PO Box 26051, North Avon, Christchurch 8148. In accordance with John's wishes, a private farewell has been held.
