John BATES Obituary
Passed away peacefully on August 20, 2022, in his 80th year. Adored husband of Esme. Loved Dad to Steve and Pru, Neil and Jane, Justine and Kevin. Cherished Grandad to Michelle, Catherine and Jack. You will be greatly missed and loved by all. A service for family and friends will be held at the Harewood Crematorium Chapel, entry via Gardiners and Wilkinsons Road's, Harewood, on Friday, August 26, at 10.30am.

All the Engineering staff at Heinz Watties aprieciated John and his dedication , knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for all things Engineering. John was a true gentleman willing to help and share his experience and knowledge. He will be greatly missed by all that new him. We would like to thank John's family who shared him with our work family and we will miss him dearly.
