(John):
Passed away peacefully on Friday, March 25, 2016, at The Princess Margaret Hospital, aged 91 years. He was resilient until the very end. Much loved father, father-in-law and Opa of Anton, Joanna, Madeleine, Maoliosa, Samuel and Mereana, Karen, Bruce and Vienna, Frans, Emma and Poppy. Greatly admired and respected brother-in-law of Chris Kirkland, Sue Benseman and Trish Hall. A private cremation has been held as John wished.
