Johannes de RIDDER Obituary

With great sadness we announce the death of Hans de Ridder. Loved husband of Adriana. Loved father and father-in-law of Marit; Lico and Victoria. Proud Opa of Stella, Astrid and Hugo. The friends of Hans are respectfully informed that his funeral service will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, Trafalgar Square, Nelson on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, commencing at 2.00pm. The livestream of his service may be accessed via nelsoncathedral.nz. Special thanks to the staff at Stillwater Lifecare for their care of Hans.

We have many fond memories of time spent with Hans which began when he and Atie used to drive up from Timaru to spend Christmas with us. We were delighted when they moved to Nelson and we were able to spend more time together as an extended family. We will miss his humour and wonderful music. With love from the Vincent family.
