AHERN, Johanna Ellen (Joan) - Peacefully on Sunday, March 23, 2014, at Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village, in her 86 year. Loved sister of Mary Dudson, Ray, and the late Murray and much loved auntie to her nephews and nieces. Messages may be addressed to the Family of Joan Ahern, c/- 19 London Street, Richmond, Christchurch 8013. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan's memory to the St Vincent De Paul Society (Canterbury) at Mass. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Christ The King Catholic Church, 90 Greers Road, Burnside, Christchurch, Tomorrow (Thursday), at 1pm, followed by private cremation. Rosary at the Church This Day (Wednesday), at 5pm.
