Joanne GUMBRELL Obituary

Died peacefully of heart failure on Sunday September 17, 2023 at her home in Loburn, surrounded by family. She was the elder daughter of Meg and Bernard Redway and sister of Shirley Rose. Dearly loved wife and companion of Bob Gumbrell, mother of Clayton, Matthew and Megan de Lautour, mother-in-law of Karen Bisley, Nicky and the late Shayne De Lautour, grandmother of Jamie, Samuel and Ethan, Isaac, Kate Hall and Georgia, Connor, Jade and Kahu, great-grandmother of Layla Nicholls. A Memorial Service will be held in St John's Anglican Church, High Street, Rangiora on Tuesday 26 September at 1.00 pm. In lieu of flowers a donation to St John New Zealand (stjohn.org.nz) would be appreciated.
