SMITH, Joan:
Passed away peacefully on September 20, 2017, aged 90 years. Dearly loved wife of Aubrey; cherished mother and mother-in-law of Heather and Jean-Marc, Alison and Dieter, Mark and Bronnie, Michael, and Paul and Lesley; loved grandmother of Alex, Adrian, Victoria, Fraser, Tristan, Simon, Jackson, Olivier, Jasper and Emmi. Special thanks to all of Joan's carers especially those at WindsorCare, and Nurse Maude. No flowers by request please. Donations to Nurse Maude would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A service to celebrate Joan's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Tomorrow (Tuesday), at 2.00pm.
