Joan SHANNON Obituary

SHANNON, Joan (nee Breach), (formerly of Rakaia) - Peacefully in Hamilton, on April 26, 2014, in her 100th year. Loved wife of the late Tom, and loved mother of Lyn, Jenifer Reinhardt and the late Rodger; mother-in-law of Ann (deceased); Graeme, and Heather. Much loved Nana of Robert and Tilly, Sarah, Steven and Jocelyn; Chris and Ruth, Mike and Kate, Andrew and Heather; Katie and Jono, and Lewis. Treasured Great-Nana of her 14 great grandchildren. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Eastcare Rest Home. A Celebration of Joan's life will be held at the Chartwell Co-operating Church (St Albans), Comries Road, Hamilton, on Tuesday, April 29, at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation.
