(née Hutchison)
(née Fitzharris):
Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, June 4, 2022; aged 90 years. Loved wife of Bill. Treasured Mum of Rosella, Angela, Joe, Suzanne, Stephen, and Phil. Loved by her 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews. A Requiem Mass for Joan will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 35 William Street, Richmond on Thursday, June 9, at 11.00am, followed by interment at Sts. Peter and Paul's Catholic Church Cemetery, 155 Moutere Highway, Waimea West. The service will be livestreamed - to obtain these details please contact [email protected] In lieu of flowers, donations to Nelson Tasman Hospice would be appreciated, and may be left at the service. Wow, that was a shock. Mum and Dad only got Rosella's letter on Saturday! So sorry to read this, this morning. Sending our condolences, hugs and prayers to you all at this difficult time. The best part is that she is no longer in pain and suffering and you all got to spend time with her until the end.
